What do we expect from you?

Binnen de One Integrator divisie (1IT) zorgt de afdeling Professional Service – Advanced Call Handling voor de implementatie van gerelateerde ICT Advanced Call Handling Solutions. 

Om ons Advanced Call Handling-competentiecentrum binnen het domein Advanced Workplace te versterken, zijn we op zoek naar een (m/v):ICT Expert Als ICT expert ontwerpt, implementeert en beheert u 24/7 C&CC-oplossingen en zorgt u voor technisch advies en effectieve pre- en after sales ondersteuning om de marge te maximaliseren en aan de verwachtingen van externe bedrijfsklanten te voldoen/te overtreffen in overeenstemming met SLA's en/of contract. 

Dit omvat de volgende specifieke taken en verantwoordelijkheden: 

  • Je valideert voorgestelde oplossing in de pre-sales fase
  • Je bent in staat om een deskundige ondersteuning te bieden met betrekking tot het incidentmanagementproces.
  • Je implementeert, exploiteert en onderhoudt de C&CC-oplossingenJe implementeert, exploiteert en onderhoudt de VMS (Voice Managed Service) Call Routing and Marketing numbers (0800, 070…)
  • Je geeft technisch advies aan klanten en collega's om hen effectief te informeren en/of te adviserenJe ontwikkelt, onderhoudt en deelt technische expertise en klantspecifieke informatie
  • Je definieert, controleert en optimaliseert de marge en neemt corrigerende maatregelen wanneer dat nodig isJe integreert zich in een team en werkt in een wachtdienst (max. 1 week op 4).

  • Implementaties, Support & Troubleshooting Service, wijzigingen, implementatiesCore IT (netwerken, servers, virtualisaties, firewalls, etc.)
  • Telefonie-infrastructuur & protocollen (Gateways, SBC's, SIP, WebRTC)
  • Productbeheer van onze contactcenter producten
  • Rapportage/Dashboard (Historisch - Real time)Integratie, zoals PowerBI Integraties met externe systemen (CRM, databases, webservices, enz.)
