  • Sale of servers, network equipment, smartphones, tablets, PCs and accessories.

What do we expect from you?

Duties and responsibillities:‚Äč

  • Builds & Leads the E2E Service Integration & delivery team for his contract or account
  • Motivate and challenge your (virtual) team to make them go the extra mile in boosting customer satisfaction in a cost-efficient way
  • Take contract execution ownership and check during presales phase with project, operations and service manager if the proposed solution and service is feasible and complete and meets the customer’s business needs and ICT constraints.
  • End2End service integration responsibility of all involved service providers & Manages the end-to-end service aspects, SLA’s, reporting for the customer.
  • Manages external service providers not specifically linked to one practice.
  • Be accountable & responsible for blending and managing the Service Transition and Service Operations accountabilities as a SPOC
  • Supports Sales people in Contract management for service related aspects
  • Is accountable for the customer NPS 
  • Working location/hours : Brussels/Office hours + regular customer visits

Job Requirements

  • Master degree or equivalent by experience
  • Strong business acumen skills gained by at least 8 years of experience in managing large ICT accounts/projects and taking leadership over account/project teams in a complex environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills in English, Dutch and French.
  • ITIL4 knowledge
  • SIAM knowledge experience in leading (virtual) teams 
  • Experience in service operations
  • Good understanding of ICT services
  • Languages:Fluent in Dutch, English and French
