  • Sale of servers, network equipment, smartphones, tablets, PCs and accessories.

What do we expect from you?

We are currently looking for a motivated Service Integration Delivery Manager who will own several customer contracts to ensure correct execution, high customer experience and create new & innovative business.

Job description:

  • Lead the governance team and take full Accountability for customer experience and customer satisfaction and related improvement plans. Motivate and challenge your (virtual) team to make them go the extra mile in boosting customer satisfaction in a cost-efficient way
  • Ensures correct contract execution (scope, SLA’s, invoicing ,…)
  • Responsible for having the right end-to-end processes in place to get a meaningful service integration layer across the full partner ecosystem
  • Develop new business by ensuring service improvement actions and driving innovation
  • Setting up and managing the partner ecosystem needed to win and run your deals.
  • Manage, drive & steer the P&L and report clearly and regularly on the financials and operational aspects of your contracts
  • Manages operational & contractual customer relation and is SPOC for all account related escalations


  • ITIL certification
  • project management experience is a plus
  • Industrial engineer, or equivalent by experience
  • knowledge of datacenter solutions
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in ICT and hosting services
  • Highly customer focused
  • Proactive, assertive without being arrogant
  • Able to manage resources efficiently (people, time, budget, tasks, virtual teams)
  • Able to communicate efficiently and effectively, and liaise actively at all levels with your customers/colleagues
  • Fluent in Dutch, French and English (oral and written)
