Do you have an affinity with Azure, O365, AD, etc.? Are you a customer-oriented problem solver and crazy about everything around Azure? Are you a real teamplayer and are you also a good communicator in Dutch, English and French?
Welcome to the Service Desk for the WPaaS customers of Proximus SpearIT! On your program: answering questions, solving problems and performing interventions and preventive checks. Our customers are happy with you - you with your work!
 
What do we do at Proximus SpearIT?
In short: we help our WPaaS customers by analyzing complex technical questions and finding solutions quickly. We handle our interventions from A to Z and also carry out preventive checks. The atmosphere on the work floor? We work and celebrate together. Problem solved by excellent teamwork? That's what makes us happy.

Your approach
You analyse the problem and create a ticket. Can you fix it yourself? Yes? Great!
No? After a good first analysis, you escalate the ticket to our 2nd line team and look for solutions with your colleagues and other departments.

Requirements:

  • Fond of Azure (Admin center, Endpoint, exchange, ...)
  • Affinity with servers, e-mail, domain names with specific expertise in Microsoft          O365
  • Assertive and convincing
  • Customer-oriented and problem solver
  • Aware of ITIL processes
  • You speak and write Dutch and are able to speak fluently in French and English
  • Stress resistant
  • Flexible in working hours
  • Abel to work on individual tasks as part of a team
