What do we expect from you?

Duties and responsibilities
As part of the process management team:

  • Coordinates and manages the Problem Management process activities for Proximus in the HB+ consortium
  • Investigate incidents reported by your team members. Create RCA (Root Cause Analysis)
  • Responsible for coordinating problem resolution involving internal support groups, vendors, suppliers, customer and managing any roadblocks
  • Coordinates technical troubleshooting activities with engineering teams
  • Accountable for the problem resolution within given target duration
  • Responsible for the Problem Management reporting towards the customer and the internal organisation
  • Communicates and follow-up on the identified technical process improvements with technical teams
  • Conducts Post Resolution Review of critical problems

  • Expert ITIL knowledge

  • MS Office (Excel, PowerBI, …)
  • Knowledge of Service Management Tools (e.g. Service Now)
  • Technical background, for example in networking

Languages:

  • Good knowledge of Dutch and English (written and oral)
  • Any other language is an extra advantage (French)

Working location/hours:

  • Brussels/Office hours  
  • Post-Covid: 2 ~ 3 homework days / week
