What do we expect from you?

Responsibilities:

  • Provide 2nd and 3rd  level incident support for static and deployable AVVC infrastructure through ITSM ticketing system
  • Work on Change management and work order requests
  • Be prepared to do on-call support during out of business hours on a rotation basis
  • Be prepared to work outside of business hours if required
  • Ensure that on AVVC elements, routine maintenance is performed
  • Coordinates and performs AVVC infrastructures configuration, numbering plans and maintenance activities for all NATO exercises and missions
  • Investigate and propose long-term solutions to encountered equipment and configuration problems.
  • Travel may be required
  • Any other duties required

Job requirements: 

  • Very good working experience of/with protocols: HTTP, HTTPs, SSH, Telnet, DNS, SMTP, API, NTP, SNMP. Dante, RS232
  • Very good knowledge with video and/or voice applications, such as call control, provisioning, topologies, session border controller, multipoint conferencing, recording and streaming.
  • Good knowledge about Microsoft AD, Exchange.
  • Good knowledge of virtualized infrastructure environments including vSphere, vCenter and vMotion software.
  • Good knowledge about Routed Network Environments and Switching Network Environments
  • Experience in documentation of solutions, maintaining user / administration guides and step-by-step instructions
  • Practical experience in the use of modern concepts and accepted industry standards for configuration management, quality assurance and testing
  • Very good English (oral and written)
  • Desirable Skills:
  • Very good knowledge on Crestron room automation infrastructure
  • Strong knowledge of SIMPL programming, Crestron Toolbox, Crestron GUI Designer
  • Affinity with major brands and solutions in the meeting room audio and visual solutions (Bosch, Televic,Biamp, etc)
  • Knowledge of programming preferably C#, HTML5
  • Familiar with a multi-national work environment
  • Industry Certification from Cisco: CCNP – Collaboration
  • Industry Certification from VMware: Hyperconverged Infrastructure
  • Industry Certification from Cisco: CCNA​​​​​​​
  • Worked in a network operation center or service desk function with customers and user contact
  • Worked in a meeting room lifecycle management position responsible for or cooperating in AV installation, deploying, maintenance, patching.
  • Crestron Certified Programmer
