What do we expect from you?

About the role
The Talent Sourcer will coordinate all the sourcing activities for our external clients in close collaboration with the responsible Account Manager and the Recruitment Shared Service Center.
Activities include leveraging the various sourcing channels and the company’s talent pool and regularly interacting with both active and passive candidates. We are looking for a friendly, proactive, and self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.

Essential duties and responsibilities

  • Co-develops and implements an effective sourcing strategy in close collaboration with the Shared Service Center Recruitment team.
  • Works together with the Account Manager and Hiring Managers to define candidate profiles.
  • Sources suitable candidates through various sourcing channels.
  • Drafts and sends out recruiting emails to potential candidates.
  • Identifies qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search)
  • Promotes our Employer Brand when reaching out to candidates on various platforms.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree
  • 1+ years experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role in an HR department
  • Demonstrated affinity with candidate sourcing and recruitment techniques
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools like LinkedIn, Social Media, Vendors  and Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Dutch, French an English speaking
  • Commercial Acumen
  • Ability to effectively present both roles and our company to candidates
